privacy is very important to us. We will not distribute any of
your personal information to any third party. We appreciate your
business and will protect your privacy as we would our own.
Returns/Refunds:
Chateau de Bebe' will gladly refund you if you return most unused
items (exceptions are listed below) in their original condition
within 30 days of purchase. Once the original item is returned
you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes
any shipping & handling costs and/or promotional discounts).
The few things you can't send back:
Bath and Body Products
Personalized or custom orders
Swimwear
Items marked "final sale" and items discounted 50% or
more
Halloween Items after October 15th
Holiday-Themed Items after the holiday.
We
cannot accept any returns that are a result of customer negligence
or misuse.
Chateau de Bebe' is not liable to return and/or give credit for
damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns.
How do I return an item?
Package your return in the original packaging, pack it in a box
with a copy of your receipt and note the reason for your return.
***We strongly recommend you insure and obtain a tracking number
for your return as we cannot provide a credit or exchange for
lost or damaged merchandise.
